Continue to the stunning Pangong Lake, famous for its ever-changing shades of blue. Return to Leh and conclude your adventure with a flight back to Delhi — a perfect blend of culture, nature, and high-altitude adventure.
Upon arrival you will meet our travel executive after collecting your luggage & passing customs at arrival hall who will assist you with your transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Early in morning you will depart for your transfer to Delhi airport, flight arrives next destination Leh, the capital of the ancient Buddhist kingdom of Ladakh. Check in to Hotel and rest of the day at leisure for acclimatization. Overnight stay in leh.
After an appetizing breakfast, you will leave for a full day sightseeing tour of Leh. Visit the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where the Zanskar and Indus rivers meet. In afternoon pay a visit to the Shanti Stupa, located on the hilltop at Changspa and the Leh Palace built in the 17th Century as a royal residence. Overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast you will visit the Rumtek and Enchey Monasteries and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology Overnight in Gangtok
Take a double humped camel ride on sand dunes before travelling back to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.
After an appetizing breakfast, depart for a full day excursion to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft). Drive past the picturesque villages of Shey and Thikse, along the Chang-la 17,350 ft which despite its great elevation is one of the easier passes. As you arrive Pangong, Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of pangong while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Patong lake has the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries China & India. Drive back to Leh by the same route. Overnight stay at Leh.
Today you will go on excursion to the famous monasteries. Enjoy the early morning prayer ceremony at Thiksey monastery belonging to Yellow Hat section of Tibetan Buddhism. Continue drive to Hemis monastery, which was re- established in 1672, it is one of the famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. Next, you will visit Shey palace, built first in 1655. Overnight Stay at Leh.
After a delectable breakfast transfer to Leh airport in time to connect your flight to Delhi. Overnight Stay in Delhi.
