Morning is free to relax. In the afternoon take a cooking lesson at Nimmy Paul’s residence, followed by lunch. Afternoon tour of Cochin visiting Jewish Synagogue, Chinese Fishing nets and St. Francis Church. Dinner at Sea Food restaurant. Overnight Stay in Cochin (B)
Drive to Tellicherry and check in at Ayisha Manzil. It is a beautiful bunglaw converted to a homestay that still preserves the untouched antique charm of an authentic ancestral house. Morning transfer to Thalassery train station to board train to Alleppey. Meet/Assist on arrival and transfer to boat Jetty to board the Rice houseboat. Evening Cooking demo by your Chef. Overnight stay in Alleppey Houseboat
After breakfast, Disembark the houseboat at Alleppey boat Jetty and drive to Periyar. Evening cooking demonstration in the hotel. Overnight stay in Periyar.
Drive to Chettinad and check in at hotel. Evening cooking demonstration. Chettinad cuisine is typically spicy and pungent and consists of mainly non-vegetarian food. The dishes contain freshly ground masalas, and often topped with a boiled egg, which is usually considered an essential part of a meal. Overnight stay in Chettinad
Depart for visit some of the ancient temples unique to this area. Tamil Nadu was once ruled by the Chola Dynasty (9-13th centuries), who constructed some of the most ornate temples in South India. Overnight stay in Chettinad
Transfer to Trichy airport to connect flight to Chennai. Meet/Assist on arrival and transfer to hotel. Evening visit the local market. Overnight stay in Chennai
